I have had this unit for about two weeks, and the unit works well. I did notice the red / black wires inserted in the modulation plug are reversed. The positive is the black wire, and the negitive is the red wire. I don't know if any other units were shipped with an incorrect pined plug. If your not sure, look at web site picture for a reference. The picture is correct. The power supply on my unit failed after a couple of hours use. I called Aixiz and spoke to Chuck. He sent me a new replacement supply that day. It arrived four days later, and the laser is up and running. The customer service at Aixiz is great!!! They stand behind there products. I look forward to future business with them.
